DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Flight was cancelled and Delta/Air France approved the refund but ASAP refuses to refund me or even answer my calls. ASAP said in an email (in the beginning) that they are waiting for a code from Delta/Air France but Delta/Air France SUPERVISOR says that there is NO CODE THAT THEY NEED FROM THEM and if they could refund me themselves they would but it has to come from ASAP!!!

I have been put on hold FOR HOURS only to have them disconnect me over and over!!!!

Poor Customer Service Response to flight cancellation/refund due to COVID-19

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKET FROM ASAP tickets. Never buying tickets again from online travel agent. Huge mistake!
Dishonest company. Terrible customer service. Overcharges once hooked.
User's recommendation: Find another travel agency that is reputable. ASAP reels you in with promise of low ticket prices. If you have any problems, they will try to double charge you or add extra charges.

ASAP tickets is a scam.
I booked a ticket since March. I tried moving the ticket dates as my countries borders were to be shut before my intended flight date.
They claimed they would do it but to my surprised the cancelled the ticket all together and Delta had no record of my flight. I have since sought a refund and all they do is send me from one agent to another and whoever I talk to tells me they can’t handle my case - only the person that booed my ticket can handle my case. The person that booked my ticket does not exist anymore on their system. They sent fake refund request slips, lied i would receive my money in 7 days, but still it’s been 4 months and nothing has been done.
We all seem to have one negative experience or the other with ASAP tickets.
Can we please find a way to bring this scam of a company to books?
Because this is completely unfair and wicked. They can’t keep scamming people.

Warn travelers to stay away from this company
My Mom purchased 5 tickets for my family to travel to the Philippines on 12/1/19. We booked a flight from SFO ft or March 12 and returning on April 2.
My father in law was going through a serious medical condition around the early part of March. My wife and daughter was sick around March 8th. I contacted ASAP and explained our current situation. I was told to submit a letter for my wife and my father in law.
We provided both letters to ASAP. My wife was instructed by her doctor from Kaiser Permanente not to travel due to the COVID19 situation. We did not get a response from ASAP until the day we were supposed to leave. The representative told me they sent their answer via email.
I explained it to him we did not received the email. On March 13th, my father in law passed away and I emailed ASAP again but I did not get a response. Finally, on Saturday, my mom received an email from ASAP. They want us to pay around $2793.00 to reschedule our trip.
We paid $3500.00. As part of the break down, it shows a $300.00 fee to Philippine Airlines per ticket. However, Philippine Airline stated they were waiving all fees due the COVID19 crisis. I dont know why ASAP is still charging me $1500 fees that PAL said they would waive.
This company has no compassion.
They just want your money. Please stay away from this company.
