Stealing people’s refunds from airlines

Last week the department of transportation issued that all airlines refund customers in a timing manner if flight is effected by COVID19. It has been 4 weeks since I requested a refund and was told it had to go to another department for review. Have not heard anything back, pretty sure they requested a refund from the airlines and are keeping it. Received email confirmation that would be getting full refund in MARCH. Now they are saying oh airline is disabling monetary refunds as of this moment. They even told BBB we would be getting full refund.

Flight cancelled, NO REFUND AS PROMISED!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Flight was cancelled and Delta/Air France approved the refund but ASAP refuses to refund me or even answer my calls. ASAP said in an email (in the beginning) that they are waiting for a code from Delta/Air France but Delta/Air France SUPERVISOR says that there is NO CODE THAT THEY NEED FROM THEM and if they could refund me themselves they would but it has to come from ASAP!!!

ASAP = As Shady As Possible

I have been put on hold FOR HOURS only to have them disconnect me over and over!!!!Angry

I cancelled the round trip ticket because of this crisis about covid-19..Travel ban was issued we dont want to pursue about the travel plan we have..united airline issue a waiver for unused ticket for full refund. Since asap ticket send us a email if i want to change flight i reply no i want i full refund of our roundtrip ticket. That was 3 weeks ago. After that we didnt heared from them anymore. When we check in united airlines we saw our booking still active. We still see the connecting flight from hongkong to philippines and the returned flights. When i specifically told them the last time i talk to agent i want full refund for the round trip. Im really disappointed with there service. When my payment was not going thru, you will keep calling me non stop..then with this crisis and i need my money back, you ignore me.

These guys are e-rogues. Their customer service is a bunch of scammers who appears not to be in the location disclosed and cursed with fictitious names. I was scammed out of $1,012 by Craft and his Supervisor, Swift. They had me wire money without booking any tickets and were proud to tell me I have lost my money regardless. They had me wait on a ticket that was not existing just to miss a life changing business deal in Brussels.I can't imagine why such a company like asap tickets/International Travel network LLC is still operating in the purview of United States and it's security agencies. These guys are horrible. One good deal is a bait, the next is the Ditch. I have all my payment slips, the emails sent and a call-log without response, and my bank is solidly behind me. I am sure suing this company and their accomplices.

ASAPtickets is a fraud with criminal customer service’s practises. I filed a complaint with the BBB and my next step will be to file one with the state Attorney General’s office.

There is also a FB group called Asap tickets/scam/no refund/ class action lawsuit.

We can’t let Asaptickets get away with stealing our money! Best of luck!

Creative Review??? I sent your company(feedback@***.com) an email with all the details on March 9th and a month later, there has been no response from your Team.

The Email sent had this info... Find attached to this email, the payment details of the wire transfer I made to your company. Please note that there were no bookings made. My brother whom on behalf, I paid the flight was stranded at the airport, missed a life changing business appointment in Brussels and this singular event has destroyed our relationship.

Craft and Swift despite having received a scanned copy of the payment I made via my bank to your company's account refused to book the flight, didn't return calls or answer emails till date.

I got a call from some employee who confidently and mockingly asked me to choose between an option of getting a paltry $400 or lose the whole $1012 for a flight that was never booked. In his words "You can get any Lawyer for all I care" I have never been devastated by any cooperate organization the way your company, your representatives, employees and your agents have Provide another email if this isn't the right email and I will forward ASAP.

Poor Customer Service Response to flight cancellation/refund due to COVID-19

I been contacting them since my flight has been cancelled and was actually within the time frame when Philippine Airlines stopped their International flights to the Philippines. First, I emailed the agent who processed ny booking. Her name is Zurich, we exchanged 2-3 emails, until she stopped replying. I was told she was on leave. I called their customer support and was told I will receive an email after 48hours with a link to cancel/refund my booking. I never received an email. I called after a week, I was told my ticket is not refundable even though PALs website says that tickets can be refunded without penalty due to the current situation. I called again after a few days, just to be told to call PAL to get a waiver code for them to process my refund. PAlL website clearly states to call the ticketing agent for refunds if you bought the tickets from a third party. My flight was April 1st and its already April 7. I havent received any follow up call or any type of communication from ASAP ticket regarding my refund. Customer support is not on the same page with their answers.

Coronavirus cancellation. Terrible customer service reply times. Double charged me instead of exchanging tickets for a new flight. Airlines cancelled second flight so ASAP promised a free exchange and then charged me $436 more than what the airline would normally charge if you went to the airline website on your own without a travel agent.

This company is so friendly and helpful when selling their tickets, which are a good bargain. However, when anything else is needed they do not respond to phone messages, emails or ever answer their phone. I will continue to write negative reviews about this company to save anyone the stress and inappropriate treatment I have received. As I have traveled for many years, using a number of companies for good pricing, and have not run into such inconsiderate service, I would not recommend anyone use Asap tickets. This is not one of those "you get what you pay for" issues. I often use bargain carriers and get a good price and good service. .

I booked a ticket since March. I tried moving the ticket dates as my countries borders were to be shut before my intended flight date.

They claimed they would do it but to my surprised the cancelled the ticket all together and Delta had no record of my flight. I have since sought a refund and all they do is send me from one agent to another and whoever I talk to tells me they can’t handle my case - only the person that booed my ticket can handle my case. The person that booked my ticket does not exist anymore on their system. They sent fake refund request slips, lied i would receive my money in 7 days, but still it’s been 4 months and nothing has been done.

We all seem to have one negative experience or the other with ASAP tickets.

Can we please find a way to bring this scam of a company to books?

Because this is completely unfair and wicked. They can’t keep scamming people.

9 days later, no refund. So how is my request being processed.

I’ve been chasing this refund for over 4 months now, how much slower can it possibly be? Additionally, i booked and requested a refund at the beginning of the covid situation, meaning my refund request should be one of the first ones processed.

There’s no excuse anymore other than the fact that you guys are running a scam and floating it as a company. PAY UP ASAP TICKETS!

I had purchase tickets for myself and my family with ASAP for several years now. The sales department is good and efficient, but not the customer service department or the complaint department. I purchased tickets through ASAP in January from Atlanta to Guatemala for March 28th with DL. Because of the virus, Guatemala closed its borders in February and subsequently DL has canceled all flights to Guatemala. My friend bought the same ticket directly with DL and DL has provided her a refund with no penalties three weeks ago. Because I purchased the tickets through ASAP, DL told me that ASAP needs to make the transaction. DL assured me that since this is not my fault, DL is not charging penalties and is providing whole refunds. ASAP is answering all sales related phone calls very quickly, but when i call the customer service department it takes one hour to get through just to talk to someone who can not make any decisions. I am patient and have been calling since February, but all I get is that I have to wait a few weeks. I finally received an email this week to let me know that because i canceled the flight, DL will charge me penalties, which is absolutely not true. I can't ever reach the person in ASAP who sent me the email by email or phone. I understand we are all living a very difficult situation, but you can't answer your sales calls fast and not your customer service calls. And very importantly, you can't provide false information to your customers. i have more tickets that I bought from ASAP for June and I am afraid this might continue. I will never purchase from you again.

Warn travelers to stay away from this company

My Mom purchased 5 tickets for my family to travel to the Philippines on 12/1/19. We booked a flight from SFO ft or March 12 and returning on April 2.

My father in law was going through a serious medical condition around the early part of March. My wife and daughter was sick around March 8th. I contacted ASAP and explained our current situation. I was told to submit a letter for my wife and my father in law.

We provided both letters to ASAP. My wife was instructed by her doctor from Kaiser Permanente not to travel due to the COVID19 situation. We did not get a response from ASAP until the day we were supposed to leave. The representative told me they sent their answer via email.

I explained it to him we did not received the email. On March 13th, my father in law passed away and I emailed ASAP again but I did not get a response. Finally, on Saturday, my mom received an email from ASAP. They want us to pay around $2793.00 to reschedule our trip.

We paid $3500.00. As part of the break down, it shows a $300.00 fee to Philippine Airlines per ticket. However, Philippine Airline stated they were waiving all fees due the COVID19 crisis. I dont know why ASAP is still charging me $1500 fees that PAL said they would waive.

This company has no compassion.

They just want your money. Please stay away from this company.
