On February 2, 2020 we purchased from ASAP( agent name Blunt V)4 tickets to travel from Reno, Nevada to Cluj, Romania on March 13,2020.
total paid for 4 tickets $4,681.05
We weren't able to travel because of the Covid-19 situation. The US closed the border with Europe on 13 March at midnight.
In Europe the flight we were supposed to be on between the Germany and Romania was canceled.
We have being asking for a FULL CASH refund since then but we haven't received one yet.
My husband, one of your agents and United had a 3 way call in which United said we are entitled to get our money back but since ASAP owns our tickets ASAP needs to give us the refund.
After over 4 months since the travel dates, with numerous complaints via emails and phone calls we still didn't receive not even 1 penny!The US government issued money to you because of the COVID-19 and you as a company need to refund your consumers. I cannot believe that in the year 2020 ASAP is doing this to so many people(yes I read hundreds of complaints about this issue online)and you are still not refunding your customers!!SHAME on your company!
