No one has called me as promised by ASAP representative since 9/29/2020. No resolution whatsoever!!!

Refused to refund our flight which was cancelled because of Covid-19, blamed it on the HAHN Air. A year since 10/2019, refund of $390 wasnt done.
Both Customer Support Rep as well as Manager didnt reply to my complaints via email.
The airline didnt allow us to contact them directly since ASAP Tickets is our agent. I forwarded Veronica our written conversation with HAHN Air, she said there is nothing she could do.
User's recommendation: Don’t ever have any business with this ASAP Tickets. They dropped the ball.
