Even after my flight was canceled by the airline and my flight dates being in the past (Aug 12 and Sep 2) ... ASAP TICKETS has failed to confirm the ticket cancellation and refund status.

They are NOT responding to my emails. This is very frustrating!

Dear XXXXX (ASAP Tickets personal travel agent)

This has the reference to ITN confirmation number ...... The following 2 air tickets under this ITS number are for trip from San Francisco to Stockholm round trip starting on 12 August 2020.

1) Passenger: xxxxx, Ticket no: XXXXXXXXXXX

2) Passenger: xxxxx, Ticket no: XXXXXXXXXXX

I have spoken to you about REFUND of these tickets several times including on 15 May, 15 July as well as 4 August 2020.

On other occasions I had left you voicemails but have never received any response other than the following initial email on 15 May 2020.

Yesterday (4 August) I mentioned to you that I have talked to SAS (Scandinavian Airlines - the ticket issuing airline) and received a confirmation that one of the segments of my flight on 12 August, which is from Chicago to Arlanda has been CANCELED by SAS due to pandemic situation.

Furthermore, as a US citizens we are NOT ALLOWED to travel to Sweden through 31 August 2020.

Yesterday you had mentioned that you have submitted a request to your management for REFUND of these tickets.

However, I have not heard anything from you since then. I also offered to file a refund request on ASAP Tickets website to which you said that it was not necessary since you are already going through the process.

This email is to officially document our conversation.

I look forward to you expedited response on the REFUND of the costs of the air tickets.
