We booked flights to Paris back in November of 2019. We were set to go until covid19 outbreak and then Delta cancelled flights due to flight ban.
I have been trying to reach ASAP tickets regarding this whole situation since the beginning of March.... initially we wanted to reschedule but now, at this point we want a full refund. We are just tired of dealing with the whole thing. We call and get put on hold for about 30 minutes then you get forced to a voicemail and NO ONE EVER returns your call...
I am on hold now for about 27 minutes and 11second... and nothing...we filled out the cancellation form 3 times with no confirmation email back and even called our rep who sold us the flights who stated we needed to speak with customer support... at 28 minutes and 28 seconds... the voicemail just picked up again....
This is ridiculous!
