I had purchased airplane back in March to go to Africa in April, but because of COVID our trip was cancelled when we call asap tickets we were told that we had use it by end of 2020 even though most agency alow people longer, and we had to pay more than $700 more to change it to December 26th even though we bought an insurance to cover in case any cancellation that we were told we can get refund or change date without penalty that was not the case, then we bought another insurance on second time. Then we had wrong COVID test and we can not make our flight, now we were told to pay another $897 more because it was not their fault that we took wrong test, but first time cancelled was not our fault but they said COVID-19 was not included in the insurance so they can not explain why we had to buy insurance for. Ether our fault or not we still can't get coverage regardless what we told when we purchased the tickets.
