Tickets purchased through ASAP Ticked for KLM airline flight in May, 2020. KLM offered refunds for my flight due to cancellation and was to provide a refund.
Problem is I had to get the refund from ASAP Ticket.
I have gone through several months with agents at ASAP.
From no call backs, phone hangup an just overall shi***ty Customer Service. These actions come from over six agents I have dealt with.
User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Monetary Loss: $2033.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
