Have sent them my booking details as requested. Still haven’t been contacted. Just keep going from one site to another trying to get someone to reply.

Have been trying to contact company for 12 days regarding cancelling or changing my ticket. Despite leaving several messages and sending multiple emails have had zero response.
Took out insurance policy with this company also, which is apparently worth nothing.
Tried canceling with Airline directly only to be told ASAP tickets are the only ones able to do that. I am a senior who is now out a considerable amount of money.
User's recommendation: Will never use this Company again. Terrible customer service.
