Flight was canceled due to covid-19 last April and still not getting refund. Promised that they will call back but never did.

User's recommendation: Think again before buying their tickets.

Monetary Loss: $3800.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Asap Tickets Cons: Employees poorly trained.

You are correct, they are a terrible company for refunds even if you buy their insurance. The only way I got a refund was to dispute the charge on my credit card. That was even after the airlines had already refunded my money to ASAP.
