I cancelled my ticket on 25th December 2017 after my step brother was shot dead. I was meant to travel from Nairobi Kenya to Dallas on the 28th December, 2017.

My fiancรฉ and I have been trying to get all the refund process started but these guys kept ignoring us before responding. They wanted proof and I provided the burial permit which shows we have my dad's name as our surname. I also sent a photo of my brother who was killed but they still kept insisting on more documents yet they already have proof.

is it that Asaptickets steals from its customers? I'm still waiting on my refund because as we speak I'm still mourning my brother.

I have been trying to get refund for months . No luck I have never seen a company like this.

I will NEVER BOOK THIRD PARTY TRAVEL AGAIN IN LIFE. All stories seem to have the same thread.

Ive been trying to cancel my trip as well through email. I provided them all m trip info like ITN conf #, passenger's ticket # on my email to them, they responded after couple of days telling me that they cant loxcate my reservation.

I re-emailed to them the info and never responded at all.

very disappointed customer here. I will never do business with this company again.

I have made numerous calls and written requests to cancel my flight to Manila on March 30. Each time Iโ€™m told my flights were already cancelled and I would get full refund due to travel bans from the COVID19 virus situation.

Manila and San Francisco are both under lockdown.

I cannot get in or out of these airports to get to Davao City. I want the refund I was promised on multiple occasions.

this company's done the same thing to me. they don't answer their call and do not wand to talk to you. for me I m going to report them to delta air line

I have never thought that they would end up doing like this. Before I bought the tickets, they kept on calling me and giving me more deals.

Which is very persuasive! Now I surely regretted why I wasted my money to buy tickets from them.

there is an emergency and we surely need their help, they told me that I canโ€™t even get a refund of my ticket because I just got a basic airfares and also they keep on dodging me and transferring me to an endless calls. Iโ€™m surely going to file a complaint against them.

I received a messages to call this number 800-723-**** a change iterinary but of no recourse keep on waiting after 20 mins. the operator says go online..My flight is on March 17, 2020..

today is March 14...keep on calling my agents for 2days the operators says hes not available.
