I purchased a vacation in Cancun, MX from Jan 2, 2025, to Jan 7, 2025, on or about Nov 1, 2024. On November 18, 2004, I contacted ASAP Tickets to purchase two round trip tickets and I paid for the following:
1. Two round trip tickets, non-stop, on United Airlines, departing on Jan 2, 2025, and returning on Jan 7.
2. Assigned seats for two people round trip on United Airlines.
3. Insurance.
I was told by Mr. Octan, the agent from ASAP Tickets, that I would receive an email confirmation of the above. When I received the email from ASAP Tickets: I was shocked because everything was wrong including:
1. Departure date and time, Jan 7, 2025.
2. Return date and time, Jan 7, 2025.
3. The Departure states: on United Airlines.
4. The Return date states: on Spirit Airlines with connection flights and more than 4 hours waiting in Miami.
5. In essence, my wife and I will have to leave our home about 4 am on Jan 7, 2025, and return back home by midnight on the same day, Jan 7, 2025.
6. I will lose the money I paid for my vacation in Cancun, MX.
7. I will also waste time and money at various airports, including International Airports, as well as time on the various airplanes, and the waiting period for the connection flights, only to come back to where I departed from.
I contacted ASAP Tickets and was told that this is what I purchased. However, after many calls, they said they are going to investigate. After about 40 days after November 18, 2024, and the many phone calls that I made, as well as the many emails that I wrote to ASAP Tickets, they still had not fixed the issues. In fact, to the contrary, they still insist on the return flight being on Spirit Airlines with a stay over in Miami I think for over 4 hours, which is not what I was promised in my purchase. They also changed the departure time so that I will land in Cancun, MX by the end of the day there, as a form of retaliation for my numerous complaints because I did not get what I paid for.
They also contacted me via email wanting my ID. I sent them my U.S. veteran ID, then they said they wanted my passport. That was a red flag. Because now they can tamper with my identity and use it in illegal ways. I demanded that my ID be returned to me and not be used in any suspicious ways.
I paid everything charged to my AMEX. ASAP denied ever charging me for the assigned seats. But, AMEX charges show charges specifically for the assigned seats. I felt this whole thing is a scam, I almost had a heart attack from dealing with this annoying response from ASAP Tickets. I repeatedly demanded a full refund. But they refused. I think this company is a pure scam company, taking people's money.
It's now surpassing 45 days and ASAP Tickets still refused to issue my refunds. I lost everything. And I am a disabled U.S. Navy veteran. What a shame for ASAP Tickets to do what it did to me and my wife.

To charge customers 125.00 for one carry on, then charge for customer service if the passenger has a restricted ticket (that i didn't know i had in the first place)
Is criminal. Then to not offer any complimentary water or snacks on a six hour flight is an assault on one's person.
Totally pissed !!!

I had an awful experience with ASAP Tickets. Due to an error on their end, my mothers birthdate was entered incorrectly, and we were denied boarding as a result.
Despite this being entirely their mistake, they refused to rebook our tickets and have only prolonged the situation with endless investigations.
Instead of offering real help, all Ive received are generic, copy-paste responses with no solution. They were quick to take my money, but when a serious issue arose, there was no real support.
I feel abandoned now that they have my payment. This is unacceptable customer service.
Beware of using this company, as they will not stand behind you when things go wrong!

See attached document. I paid for a vacation in Cancun from Jan 2, 2025 to Jan 7, 2025. I paid for ASAP Tickets Round Trip, for 2 people, for a non-stop round trip on United Airline with insurance and assigned seats. After I paid, I was told I would get an email confirmation. When I got the email from ASAP Tickets, everything was wrong. The email showed:
1. Departure flight date is Jan 7, 2025 and return flight date is also Jan 7, 2025.
2. Departure flight on United Airline.
3. Return flight with connections is on Spirit Airline.
In essence, I will only be traveling from NJ to Cancun on Jan 7, 2025 on board of United Airline, and, once my partner and I get to Cancun Airport, we have to make a U-turn and come back almost immediately on the same day, Jan 7, 2025, flying on a different airline (Spirit Airline) and waiting in Miami for over 4 hours, then connect with another flight to get home by midnight.
So we have to leave home about 4 am on Jan 7, 2025 and return home by midnight Jan 7, 2025: sitting on United Airline, then sitting on Spirit Airline. So what happened to my vacation in Cancun? Obviously, the money that I paid will be lost. So what happened to direct flight? Well, it is not there.
So why am I flying on two different airlines? Well, it's ASAP Tickets' discretion!!! From the moment I got the email which has everything opposite of what I paid for, I got on the phone and emails for over 46 days and still they refused to issue the refund.
On or about the 30th day I had no choice but to purchase a direct flight to and from Cancun to save my paid vacation. To this date, ASAP TICKETS are refusing to issue me the refund.

Very frustrated. Im 74 and want travel arrangements from Albuquerque New Mexico to Kathmandu, Nepal.
I checked the ASAP website and found a round trip ticket priced at $1141 total per person.
My wife and I are traveling together to see children and grandchildren. When I called to make reservations I was told that fare wasnt available any longer but he could get the same flight for $2,300.00. I told him I would keep looking. After a couple of hours I checked the ASAP website again and NOW the price had dropped to $841.00.
The price listed is either a scam or fishing by
Misleading potential customers.
Im really disappointed.
Ive been contacted by 5 agents from ASAP so far with ZERO satisfaction. Bennett was the First Gentleman I spoke with.

We have talked for several months to customer service about a mess up on my last trip to Uganda, Africa. After documenting in great detail the problem our request was denied.
However customer service contacted me and said a reimbursement of $300 was being sent immediately. Your idea of immediately is much different than mine please look up my account and get this done. The name is William Wright at 845 Sherman ave, Grant , Ne.

I cannot contact the company and my phone has international service. The lines they send in emails are all broken. Be very cautious when they tell the they will give you a phone number where you can contact them.
The customer support will lie to you and say they will get back to you.
For example a customer support representative named benji left a message on my iPhone and all I says is he sent a voucher number but doesnt leave me the voucher number.
If he sent it in email he is aware the links are broken and cannot be read .
The phone number he lefts cannot be reached.
About the worst example of help Ive experienced and I almost 66.
Ive traveled to 6 different countries and every state in the USA .

For example customer support leaves a message on your iPhone that they ( benji) sent you a voucher for $400 dollars to exchange or change dates on your return flight home. All the links emailed to me and other customers like me are broken links on their email they send . There’s a reference to copy and paste the link on a search bar if the links are broken. However you cannot copy and paste the link because the link is broken. Today is 20 th of September. My ticket expires on the 23 rd. I believe the asap ticket company is already aware they have problem and it may be an intentional error on their site and an algorithm maybe involved to stall so that most tickets expire and this company will say they sent a voucher knowing you don’t have access because the links are broken . Why didn’t they leave a voicemail with my voucher number? All Benji said was he sent., I have had prior problems with this company getting my name backwards on my tickets so I could not check in . I gave this representative another chance because I am loyal but not stupid. To give him a 3rd chance would be an error in judgement on my part

The high pressure sales tactics the sales team make encourage broken promises. They are interested in their commission and a fast buck.

As soon as you pay and fly to your destination you willing have a difficult time to contact your sales representative for promises they made . The links I received from customer support were all broken. It was not even possible to copy and paste the links to a search bar, which is standard practice ! Again your on your own
Seeking help from your customers service
I bought our tickets thru your agency for a flight from San Francisco to Manila October 1, 2024 at 1150 PR 105. Confirmation 2YUHYT.
Then last night we got an email that the flight was canceled and that we need another tickets to fly with another airline.
You agent helped us to find a flight but we have to pay a fare difference that is not a straight flight. We would like to seek your help to request PAL to refund us our tickets and pay our new purchased ticket in accordance with DOT regulations.

Asap agent booked me to Dallas Texas going to Philippines. I live in Maryland why would i booked in Dallas Texas?
it should be in Dulles Washington DC to Philippines. And I have to pay extra 500 .00 dollars to correct their stupidity mistake.

Bought ticket way back november 18 for a trip to japan and philippines and by dec/jan 2024 they started changing my schedule. Im senior citizen and cant agree with the sched they are offering.
They said refund since we cant agree. I thought the filipino agent maisie was sincere in helping me and turned out that that s their way of scamming old customers

The agent did it on purpose so he i couldnt fly and they would refund the ticket to the airline and i would get my flight cancelled with no refund. They butchered my name on purpose im willing to pay the fee i told you guys many times. But oh ill call you back investigating for what???. So i could not fly.
I ask phillipine airline directly it will only take 1 day to have a change name correction with only a 25$ fee.
And this company evertime i call oh were still investigating it. Investigating for what?
Making me waste time so i couldnt fly? And get my airline ticket refunded to your pockets.

Buy a ticket for my uncle and the agent made error on the destination country since them I haven't hear from them, I have to call four days ago before someone call me from their office two days ago and leave a message since them I have been calling that number no answer, they said they were carrying on an investigation and I also told them to monitor the conversation between their agent, my uncle and me on my number and my uncle number until now no solution, almost a month now
