I am deeply disappointed with my experience booking through ASAP Tickets. I purchased over $489 in add-ons expecting mileage credits and baggage flexibility for my two-month business trip, but United denied MileagePlus perks due to the third-party booking.
I was informed of one checked bag and only a personal item for carry-on, so I packed accordingly. On Christmas Eve, my checked bag was 18 lbs overweight with no exceptions allowed, forcing me to repack items into grocery bags mid-airport. This led to unnecessary stress, discomfort trekking through Salt Lake City airport (with non-functional walkways), and a 15-hour flight in damp clothes as stores were closed. The $200 overweight fee per direction feels excessive.
ASAP Tickets did not adequately disclose these restrictions. I strongly advise booking directly with airlines to avoid such issues.
Oh and to add insult to injury, I have no other choice but to sit in the middle seat for a 15 hour flight.

Do not use them!!! Keep all forms of documentation, record all forms of communication, get everything including electronic tickets, expense receipts.
Report them to every federal and local agency.
Warn as many people as possible!! Dispute all the charges if possible.
No response from them on this platform.
On 05/08/2025, after speaking with several agents who gave me the run-around, I was told that I could only be refunded $2,180.30 per ticket and would have to pay a $399 cancellation fee per ticket. If I want to change my travel dates, I would have to pay a $1,000 difference due to destination tax, bag fees, and the difference between main cabin and basic. They said that the new charges can only be paid with a VISA or MasterCard and that I would get a voucher for flights that can only be used within the United States, valued at the new amounts paid.
When I questioned the agent about the insurance paid and why a voucher, instead of the amount applied to the difference, he stated non-refundable insurance was $611.94 per ticket. I told him I was charged a total of $808.52 for the travel protection for both passengers.
The last agent I spoke with told me that the amount paid to Delta Airlines was only $2,180.30 per ticket as a credit. He further stated that there have been lots of scams with this agency and that the missing/difference in the amount of $1,223.88 was most likely pocketed by the agent. He also stated there is no record of insurance paid. He stated that the voucher for the USA flights is a scam and advised not to pay the difference, stating that most likely the ticket will be stolen and that I will not see a refund or a voucher. He showed me how to see the credit through the Delta Airlines website and stated that it can only be authorized/validated by an ASAP Tickets agent and that the most I would be paid is $220.20 per ticket. He stated I should only call him to avoid other scams.
I never canceled my tickets. They were canceled by ASAP Tickets.

I purchased tickets and insurance for my upcoming trip in November. When the airline changed the date of my return flight, I immediately contacted the agent who sold me the tickets and promised 24/7 support.
As soon as he realized the reason for my call, he stopped answering my messages and calls completely.
When I tried calling the customer support line, I was repeatedly told they could not help and that I needed to contact another department. Every time I called, I was transferred or told to start over with someone else. Eventually, I was told they could only reschedule me on the same airline and in the same cabin, but no real solution was offered.
When I asked about the insurance I had purchased, they asked if I wanted to use my insurance benefitsbut instead of helping, they pushed me back to customer support again. A representative collected all of my information and said he would provide feedback, but could not give me a timeframe.
Later, another agent called in response to my email, collected all the same information again, but 24 hours passed and I still have not received any update or resolution.
This has been extremely frustrating.
I paid for both the tickets and insurance expecting assistance and reliability, but instead I have received no support, constant runaround, and unresponsive agents. I do not recommend this company.

The agent made two grave mistakes
1. Hotel reservation in Prague did not include breakfast even though he confirmed that breakfast is included verbally and by emails
2.
Hotel reservation in Valencia was outside of Valencia in a different city about 30 miles away from Valencia at the time of reservation. He confirmed that this hotel is 1 mile from city center.
Most importantly, the company is refusing to cooperate in the sales department and the customer support department and they just keep dragging
After 10 days, there is no resolution
I had so much stress with my wife in this trip and wasted time which is supposed to be a vacation relaxing time
When we arrive to Valencia, we were sleepless and exhausted and tired, and we spent four hours in the airport lobby trying to solve this problem to no avail
After that, I had no choice, but to make reservation on my own

I was told my ticket had travel insurance as long as I bought the travel insurance. Now I cannot fly due to a family member passing away.
An agent told me it is not refundable. I asked to change the flight date and to help me lower prices, but they never helped. An agent named Zhask told me to call two weeks before the flight since he already sold me a changed flight on my other ticket from Phoenix to Manila, which, by the way, he didn't tell me was refundable.
So in the end, I took out another loan for that Phoenix to Manila changed flight date. And now he has never answered to help me change my other ticket from Manila to Phoenix, which, by the way, is rude.

I bought a ticket through them. I missed my flight due to weather from initial flight causing me to miss my connecting flight to Liberia.
I started calling them from 11:50am to 6pm getting the run around and hang-ups. Furthermore, I had to end up buying another ticket to travel to Liberia right on the spot at the airport. It caused me to lose money even when I purchased protection plan. They told me I couldn't get a refund due to me not reaching out to them within 24 hrs, when I called over and over til the next day while I stuck at the airport until the next flight to Liberia.
The 2nd ticket was also purchased them, so you would think they would credit the 2nd ticket from the first ticket i couldnt use. I am very displeased with this company and dont advise anyone to use this company.
I lost about $ 2300 with first ticket and then I had additional $2400 to continue my trip that didnt even my destination. I still had buy a ticket from JFk to Montana, then had to get get a ride home from Montana to North Dakota!

I booked the ticket through an agent, but the airlines or the company canceled the ticket, and they are ready to refund it. However, after that, I got nothing—no response, nothing!
This is so ridiculous; it looks like they are not doing this for the favor of clients. I spent another $3200 to rebook as the agent directed, but they have not refunded my previous amount of $2107 yet.

I recently purchased a flight ticket from Ottawa to Nairobi, then I cancelled it. I asked for a refund on Monday, June 23rd, but nothing has been yet.
Today I called customer service, and they told me that the refund hasn't been processed yet, but they have put the money as a voucher.
I didn't ask anyone to put the money as a voucher. What I have asked them is to refund it back.

I would never do business with ASAP ticket again. This is such a terrible experience i will never use a travel agency again as i will do business directly with the airlines of choice and forget the middle man its less stress and less expensive.
Because of all the excuses and apologies with no action backing their excuses i give them no ratings. I paid Asap ticket $2050.00 for my ticket and when i cancelled my trip and requested a refund they took all kinds of fees the $2050.
That i originally paid was reduced to $949.50.
Asap ticket is a scam and is a highway robbery company. Its better to do business directly with the airlines and cut out the thiefing middle man
