ASAP ticket *** us up big time .
I booked our ticket a year ahead and because of this covid thing going on I rebooked our flight 2x
The first time was free cos I got the insurance thing but still ended up paying $278 for another insurance the second one I payed $700 something they said because of the price difference I was fine with it no complaints.
The flight date came we went to the Philippines everything went well the flight back was the worst part ,
Went to the airport to check in for our flight I was advised by the agent that we dont have a ticket going back and said it was refunded months ago,
I was like how can it be ? I check the my booking time to time and it was fine how come we dont have a ticket going back ? I was so frustrated and stressed out . The airlines agent told me they cant do nothing about it cos the agent of the ASAP TICKET will be the one to hold accountable for the situation, I tried to call and email them but got no answer so I ended up buying us a new ticket going back home to America cost $2400 for 2 Adults and 1 infant ,
When I arrived to America I was able to get ahold of the ASAP TICKET agent DREW , and told us that they will investigate after couple of days they came up with the solution to just refund our ticket going back that we didnt get to use but worst part about it was they still want to charge me $111.50 REFUND PENALTY per adult ? How come ? I lost lots of money cos I bought us another ticket because of their fault that they dont want to shoulder the cost , now this .
