With Company response

Asap will not refund cancelled trip tickets..it is over 4 mo...bad customer service and communication to get refund. Their excuses keep changing and ask me to drop complaints to BBB in order to get refund

User's recommendation: Do not use.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Asap Tickets Cons: No refunds, So bad experience.

Same thing happened to me. It's been 5 months!!!

They promised to give me a refund and still nothing!

When I finally filed a dispute claim through my credit card company, freaking ASAP said they won't refund my money!!! SCAMMERS!
