We were told because of Covid. Per our Agent skip .

When the trip was on he would call my husband everyday at odd hours and 5 other agents would call. There were non stop calls to get us to get our tickets. We kept asking him. If because of COVID would we get our money back.

He kept saying yes of course a full refund. We happened to call the Airline for some questions regarding the countries we were flying too. The airline notified us of changes. The Airline kept changing our flights and hours and days.

The agent never noticed us that our whole itinerary was changed.

We finally asked the Airline. We are getting close to the dates for our trip. What will happen. The person said.

Because of Covid. We would get refunded in full. When we called our agent Forbes. He said they would get our money refunded.

He asked my husband for his credit card to return his money. FORBES said that we got see our refund within 3 days.

We have been calling for the past 5 days. We checked with our bank too see if the money was deposited. It still has not and its been over a week.

Every time we call 888-585-**** the same person answers Verita. She is rude and wont let me explain why I am calling. She kept talking over me. She said she would email the manager.

When I asked for the Manager. She said that he was in a meeting. That he would get back to me within 24hrs. I asked to speak to the manager.

She put me on hold. She said she would try to go and look for him. She came back on the phone after 8 mins and said that the manager was in a manager meeting. How convenient.

That is what my husband was told 4 times. And still not email or call back. She said that the manager would email me. But she did not even ask me for it.

Until I said. Where is he going to email me. You have not asked me for it.

If we dont get our money back in our account in full. I will be notifying The Better Buisness Bureau.

I will make sure. I get as high as I need too. This is not ok.

They are taking advantage of people with their hard earning money.

Specially in these hard times we are all going thru.this is a really bad and awful way to run a buisness. This is unprofessional.

I've got the same problem! Same scenario, I got my tickets and they forgot about me, with no one there to help me I'm forced to listen to empty promises and lies!!!

I truly believe they are all in a big office somewhere and will not allow you to talk with management because its just them and they don't care about anything but their sales and to *** with your wants they got your money and you are left holding the problems afterward. Worst people ever!!!!

The problem is opposite . Agents are forced to make delay by supervisors, senior supervisors & manager .

Agents have to deal with clients and follow all ridiculous rules by management. A supervisor will never wants to talk to customer . Agents have to deal with clients complaints and deal . 85% agents don’t have any fixed salary or any benefits from company and can fire anytime .

Agents are forced to charge refunds fee despite ticket protection active or not . Agents also know ticket protection aren’t worth offering but if agents don’t have 35% ticket protection conversion then bonus will be cut . If a agent make 1000 dollar for company agents get 20% max as salary and 9% from ticket protection. If client get refund asaptickets will deducts everything from the agents previous month salary so agents are forced to charge min $250 for refunds and max whatever you can as it is Wild West and if agents doesn’t listen then they will be out of job and there will be many students who are willing to do their job .

All agents are bad , most of them lives and earn with honesty and try to solve clients problem and there are bad apples also who charge client 60/70% as refund fee and make huge amount of money and company treat them as king and rest agents are like trash . This company eats your soul and mind cause no sick leave payment or extra hour payment . It’s totally commission based where company keep 80% profit and agents get 11-20% depends of office location and let’s not talk about tips . Company keeps 80% of tips which agents get .

Since covid this company fallen in gutter and all care about money .
